The toll free number only works in the United States; however, you can still
call us during the times listed on our regular business line.

for the features and services we provide as well as
Microsoft FrontPage

What types of issues are considered to be technical
support?
The following issues are consider to be technical support and incur no
charges:
- Instructing you or your staff on how to utilize the features we offer on
our servers.
- Answering questions as they relate to the services you have purchased or
that we offer.
- Resolving any problems that may occur with utilizing the services you have
purchased.
The following issues often fall into gray areas and may or may not be incur
extra charges (if anything is chargeable, you will be forewarned before any
charges take place):
- Answering CGI, HTML, Intranet, Internet, or FrontPage questions.
- Installing CGI scripts.
- Submitting your site to search engines.
The following issues fall into consulting, and will incur extra charges (you
will be informed before any charges start to occur):
- Creating CGI scripts or otherwise writing programs.
- Creating or editing graphics.
- Debugging CGI scripts or other programs written by 3rd parties.
- Designing, laying out, or otherwise modifying HTML.
- Modifying existing CGI scripts or otherwise modifying programs.
- Reviewing code, HTML, or a site.
